一、團隊目標說明 Team Goals

網路數據分析已經是一項重要研究調查的工具。本課程目的為培養學生具備網路數據分析能力，具體目標有兩大方向，一是發展政治對話／言談評估工具，延伸社群媒體政治傳播討論，提出公民（政治）參與／對話等前瞻議題之論述。二是結合語料分析工具，拓展社群媒體參與評估，進而發展社群聆聽或輿情監測的更適方法。計畫將帶領學生從網路傳播的重要性與社群影響，到使用簡易文字探勘的方法分析，讓學生能學習分析資訊（data）、應用資訊（information）、洞察資訊（intelligence），引導學生發展媒體數據管理與分析應用能力。

Online data analysis is an important tool for exploring trends. In order to cultivate the ability of online data analysis for students in the humanities and social fields, the aim of this project is two-fold. Firstly, it attempts to develop an analytical framework for evaluating political discourse/dialogues on social media. Secondly, it applies corpus analysis tools (e.g., natural language processing tool) to examine political engagement on social media in order to build a robust evaluation for social listening/public sentiment monitoring, allowing students own the skills of analytical data, application information and insights intelligence.
