一、團隊目標 Team Goals
運動科學支援競技運動是世界趨勢,我國亦於2023 年成立「國家運動科學中心」,故廣需運科人才,鑒於此,教育部亦積極推動運動科技跨領域人才培育。本團隊以此市場需求為導向,帶領學生深化運科知能並實質連結實務場域,以培育專業且與具有競爭力的運科人才(SDGs4:優質教育)。同時為運科資源較北部與西部匱乏的花蓮縣基層運動選手建構運動科學支援體系(SDGs10:減少不平等),期可提升在地基層運動員的訓練效益與健康照護(SDGs3:良好健康和福祉)。此外,團隊學生亦可結合學術基底,發展出具有運科實務應用價值之研究議題。此亦為本系人才培育的規劃之一,同時符合國家高等教育發展重點,包含:資訊科技與人文關懷、跨領域、自主學習、社會參與能力、問題解決能力、STEM 人才等面向。
Supporting competitive sports with sports science is a global trend. In 2023, our country established the 'National Sports Science Center,' creating a significant demand for talents in sports science. In response, the Ministry of Education is also actively promoting the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in sports technology. Guided by this market demand, our team leads students to deepen their knowledge in sports science and establish practical connections with the field, aiming to nurture professional and competitive sports science talents (SDGs4: quality education). Simultaneously, we are building a sports science support system for athletes in Hualien County, where sports science resources are relatively scarce compared to the northern and western regions (SDGs10: reduced inequalities). This system is expected to enhance the training efficiency and health care of local grassroots athletes (SDGs3: good health and well-being). Additionally, students in our team can combine academic foundations to develop research topics with practical applications in sports science. This is also part of our department's talent cultivation plan, aligning with the country's key priorities in higher education development, including information technology and humanistic care, interdisciplinary learning, self-directed learning, social participation, problem-solving skills, and STEM talents.
二、招募學生條件 Desired Disciplines & Prior Knowledge of Student Participants
1. 第一年加入者,須有修習體育與運動科學系運動科學相關課程者。
2. 第二年加入者,需能配合基層選手訓練週期之檢測時間並至檢測場域執行,
且能與教練、選手形成良好勾通與互動者。
3. 第三年加入者,需有充足的運動科學學科知識以及研究興趣者。
1. First-year participants must have taken courses related to sports science in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science.
2. Second-year participants must be able to coordinate with the testing schedules of grassroots athletes' training cycles, execute tests on-site, and establish good communication and interaction with coaches and athletes.
3. Third-year participants must have a solid foundation in sports science knowledge and a strong interest in research.
